"My basic Theology position is that God’s Word is

Inspired, Authoritative, Inerrant, and Sufficient

to help us “do life” His way. I find that ALL basic

leadership principles in the secular world

actually reflect Biblical values- regardless of  

whether leaders know it!

Jesus was the original motivational speaker, and

His principles for success work today...as do His

words of comfort and encouragement.

Relationships work better if they are not self-

focused. Often we find ourselves in the Kingdom

 of Me with ourselves as the only resident! For

Christians, when we have a 'give me' mentality,

we are not reflecting the message of  The Gospel.

Jesus came to serve others, not to be served

(Mark 10:45). He never promised us money if we

ritually speak words and call them prayers. He

also never promised us happiness- in fact- He said

 just the opposite: to expect trouble (John 16:33) ! To live

vertically rather than  horizontally is one of  our

 biggest relational life challenges."

I am a teacher for the Evangelical Training Association. I

serve on my Senior Pastor's leadership team (Ministry

Music Worship Teams at Irving Bible  Church, of which I

am a member. I am also a licensed Pastor.
